This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. AS soon as I walked into the reception area, a young lady welcomed me and told me to have a seat. I did not wait long until one of the dental assistants greeted me and asked me to follow her to the back. I took a seat in the chair. She wanted to know if I wanted anything, such as water. I answered no. She then put a protective cloth over me and told me she was going to take an impression of my tooth, since I was scheduled to have a crown. She took the impression of my tooth and then told me she was going to put some numbing gel on my gum. She was delightful and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The dentist entered a few minutes later and gave me several doses of Novocain, and I did not feel any pain at all. The bottom line is that everyone there was very efficient and very caring and wanted to ensure I was taken care of. The procedure went well, no pain at all. The staff was very helpful and so so nice. This was an excellent experience. I have no complaints, only compliments to the entire staff at Gilbert Dentarl Group and recommend them highly.
